International delivery
We offer international shipping (excluding Russia) with flat rate $18.
To make your shopping experience better and avoid long wait times, we have collaborated with a fulfillment center for all US orders. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to deliver your order. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email ones your order is ready. We do not operate over the weekends. Orders placed on Fridays evening will be addressed on the following Monday.

Taxes & Duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags are in original condition and 14 days period after delivery has not expired.
2. Get in touch with our Customer Care team at yarkatestudio@gmail.com to get return shipping address.
3. Pack your order in original Yarkáte package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense.
4. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.
5. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund or exchange your items.
6. All sales of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.
DAMAGED/ WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at yarkatestudio@gmail.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take care of it.
